Why we started
Hiring a divorce attorney is expensive and many people simply cannot afford it.
Krulegal is available as an option for self-represented litigants who would like to prepare their own divorce forms at a fraction of the cost.
We believe that legal help should be available to all, regardless of the depth of their pockets.
Our Story
In 2015, our founder opened a divorce law firm in Palm Beach County, Florida. This was when we discovered how unaffordable it was to access the court system. We received numerous calls from potential clients who wanted a divorce. For every 10 calls we got 3 could afford us and the other 7 went away. Initially, we focused on the 3 who became clients but always wondered about the other 7.
It took us years to develop a model that could work for the other 7. We needed a time-saving system that could deliver accurate divorce documents quickly, without the need for endless revisions.
Combining our knowledge as licensed divorce attorneys with the efficiency of technology , we were were able to design a system that is easy-to-use and produces personalized divorce forms.
